Latest News & Updates
First and foremost, thank you for visiting! My website is still a work in progress, so if you have any issues or questions please do not hesitate to contact me! I'm happy to help. While my site is in the shambles stages, it is best to contact me directly for anything you need. I am working as much and as quickly as I can to update my site to be more user friendly and functional, but I do also battle with a full-time (more like over-time) job, running a restaurant. Please bear with me while I work on the site and I appreciate your patience and visit!
Website Last Updated: 08/21/23
-Updated Our Rats page
-Updated and added various litter pages
Adoption Guide/Walk-through: A page that details the adoption process and aims to answer questions for a more confident and informed experience.
Building Rapport w/ Your Rat: A page with tips and tricks on ways to bond with your rats using Behavior Analysis and Positive Reinforcement.
Crisis Intervention Plan: A page that helps to define symptoms of illness and/or distress and what to do or have on hand in case of an emergency situation.
Medications to have on hand & their use: A page that explains common illnesses that can occur and what medications are good to use in which situations. While this page shouldn't be used in lieu of a vet in serious emergencies/distress, it will aim to aid as a guide for less serious, but common issues, that can help in-home without stressing the animal further with vet traveling/intervention (an added bonus to save your wallet from a pricey exam fee). ALWAYS consult with a vet if you are ever unsure or the animal is in distress of any kind. It is always best to consult a professional before it's too late to intervene.
