American Blue gene in part of Mavi's line is known for blood clotting issues which can be problematic for females when giving birth and can bleed out.

For this reason, Mavi will never be bred and will be kept here happily as a pet. She is too wonderful a girl to take the risk in breeding and losing her. A bit unfortunate, because she has a perfect personality I would love for all my female rats to be bred towards here and I would've loved to pass it down. But I would hate even more to lose such a wonderful personality too soon.
